Wellbeing & Family Support
We recognise that every child and family may need additional support at different times. We are committed to working alongside our pupils and families to ensure every child feels safe, supported, valued and ready to thrive.
We are here to support children and families and will always do our best to help you access the guidance and services you need.
Our Family Support Worker
My name is Tina Pearce, and I am the school's Family Support Worker and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL).
My role is to support children and families with any difficulties they may be experiencing. This may include help with financial concerns, housing issues, family circumstances, mental health and emotional wellbeing. Where appropriate, I can signpost or refer families to external agencies and services that are best placed to offer additional support.
Within school, I also monitor attendance and work closely with our Designated Safeguarding Leads to safeguard and promote the wellbeing of all children.
If you would like support, advice or simply someone to talk to, please get in touch.
