Arbor & Arbor Parent Portal

We use an electronic system called Arbor to communicate with families. This includes letters, guardian consultations, club bookings, trip payments, newsletters and general notifications. All are sent directly to your email address or to the Arbor Parent Portal/ Arbor App. You can access Arbor on your PC or phone. 

How do you set up Arbor?

To get started on Arbor you need to check your emails where you will find an invitation with step by step instructions guiding you through the set up process. By downloading the Arbor Parent Portal app and selecting ‘notifications on’, you’ll get a ‘ping’ each time we send you information. Simple as that!

Class Dojo

We use ClassDojo as an extra way to communicate with you. Teachers share messages, homework, achievements and photos. It’s also the way we set home learning tasks and provide the opportunity for the children to have daily contact with their class teacher if they need to self-isolate.

We ask that all families sign up for ClassDojo. It is a simple and free app to use. Please check your emails for the Classdojo invite.
